Increase Power to a 2001 SVT Cobra?

I have recently acquired a 2001 Mustang SVT Cobra Convertible. It has the stock 320 hp and 317 lb/ft. but doesn't seem much faster than my '05 GT. Anything I can do here to increase the hp? The engine recall has already been done, so it really is pushin 320hp.
Everything is stock, so anything would be nice.

1. Exhaust: Flowmaster or Borla?
2. Intake: K&N or AEM?
3. What size Throttle Body?
4. Tuner: Diablo or Superchips?

Dont want to supercharge, I like NA cars!

And another nice thing to know would be: what is the stock differential? (3.55? 3.73?)

1)exhaust: flowmaster, magnaflow, bassani, borla. all exceptional quality & really comes down to the sound you prefer.
borla is famous for the deeper rumble, flowmaster for the aggressive bark.
exhaust an entirely personal thing when you do full catbacks/x-pipe. i had bassani on my last ride (01 gt) and run magnaflows on present drive (prefer the magnaflows)...get on you tube and listen to some ofr the sound clips - lots there

2)CAI, have no experience with AEM, my experience with both K&N and BBK very good - with an aftermarket quality CAI there is a not a lot that you can do to differentiate 1 manufacturer from the other.

3)throttle body, 75mm will be best and provide for potential future enhancements

4)tuner, i used a diablo predator to "stock tune" my modifications on my gt and my pro-shop used a predator to run a custom tune on my present car.
most cobra guys however tend to like SCT.
summary either one is good and easily allows reprogramming at other installations

-rear end gears stock is 3.27 way too tall & but if most of what you are doing is street driving 4.10's will make you much quicker from the get go...if you do some highway stuff 3.73's
-short throw shift

i can't remember if the 01 bumper has "mustang'" or "cobra" on it
some of the cobras did not....and so if it does not not get a cobra bumper!
