Dynamometer Policy

1. All vehicles must be in good working order and leaking no fluids. Kermit Racing Reserves the right to refuse to strap any vehicle for any conditions it deems unsafe.
2. Vehicle Owners must read and sign Waiver form prior to strapping vehicle to machine. Kermit Racing is not responsible for any damage occurring to the vehicle due to improper tuning by other parties, previous mechanical damage, design flaws, acts of God.
3. Dyno time commences once the vehicle is strapped to the dynamometer and all applicable sensors are connected. If repairs need to be performed, the vehicle needs to removed from the dynamometer or charges will continue to occur.
4. Kermit Racing employees are required to operate the dynamometer at all times unless vehicle owner has been properly instructed in the use of the dynamometer and certified by Kermit Racing.
5. Unsafe activities will result in banishment from the facilities.
6. NO REFUNDS ON DYNO TIME!!!!
7. Kermit Racing offers no guarantees on the tuning work of outside tuners.
8. Any spills or messes caused by vehicles (oil leaks, fires, etc.) will be subject to cleanup fees.
9. Any damage caused by your vehicle or person other than a Kermit Racing Employee shall be charge to the customer’s account.
10. Any questions regarding this policy or use of the dynamometer should be directed to the management prior to strapping the vehicle.

Special Order Policy

1. All Special Orders require a 50% deposit prior to ordering.
2. Special Order returns for anything other than warranty issues, shall result in Store Credit only. No cash refunds.
3. All Special Order Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee for the first thirty days; No credit shall be extended following this period.
4. The 50% deposit on all body kits is non-refundable.
5. Items returned for store credit need to returned is like new condition, in the original packaging, etc.

RETURN POLICY

1. All Returns must have original receipt.
2. No Returns accepted after 30 days from purchase.
3. All returns for reasons other than warranty concerns shall be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
4. Returns are redeemable for store credit only.
                       NO CASH REFUNDS!!
5. Items returned for store credit need to returned in like new condition, in the original packaging, etc.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

KERMIT RACING, INC. offers no warranty other than that offered by the product manufacturer. KERMIT RACING, INC. warranties the service and installation of any parts purchased and installed through KERMIT RACING, INC. for 1000 miles or one month of normal use, whichever is shorter. Racing invalidates this warranty. Products labeled as off-road only should be treated as such and may invalidate any factory warranty remaining on the vehicle. KERMIT RACING, INC. assumes no liability for problems arising from the installation of these products in regards to invalidation of the factory warranty or legal issues from their use on public streets. If your product purchased through KERMIT RACING, INC. is covered by manufacturer warranty, you can return it to KERMIT RACING, Inc. for exchange or store credit.

KERMIT RACING, INC. is dedicated to the safe use of its products and supports organizations that sanction racing at designated tracks and facilities. Street Racing is dangerous and illegal, KERMIT RACING, INC. employees and representatives do not participate in illegal activities
